  • How can I book a pitch with you?
    There are 2 options for this: Online booking: Here you can book your stay months before your arrival. This means you can easily choose your preferred seat and only have to collect your RFID card at the check-in terminal Booking on site: Are you coming to us spontaneously? Then you can choose a free space at our check-in machine and book it directly. You will then receive your RFID card
  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    When booking online, you can choose between different payment providers (e.g. PayPal). When booking on site, payment by debit card or mobile pay (Apple/Google) is possible. ATTENTION: We generally do not accept cash payments. We ask for your understanding!
  • What if I need to cancel?
    Our general cancellation conditions apply: Up to 6 weeks before arrival: 20% of the total price Up to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total price Up to 24 hours before arrival: 80% of the total price To avoid high cancellation costs, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
  • How big are your pitches?
    Our pitches for holidaymakers are always 7 metres wide (3 m pitch + 4 m lawn). The depth of the pitches varies between 8 and 13 metres depending on the size. All pitches have access to herb beds and berry bushes.
  • When can I arrive?
    Arrival is already possible from 12 noon!
  • Until when can I arrive?
    Since our check-in machine is available 24/7, you can also arrive very late. We have no blackout times.
  • By when do I have to leave?
    You must vacate your space and pass the barrier by 11am. We ask that you leave on time, otherwise you will automatically be charged for another night. After you have passed the barrier, you can return your card to the machine and receive your remaining balance plus deposit back.
  • How does your card system work?
    Our card system is RFID based. This means that you can top up your card at the check-in machine and use this credit during your stay. You also need your RFID card to pass the barrier and enter the sanitary facilities.
  • What can I pay for with the card?
    You can use your RFID card for the following services: Electricity (directly at the pitch) Showers (in the sanitary facilities) Dishwashing (in the washing machine room) Filling the water tank (dumping station) Emptying & cleaning the toilet cassette (at the CamperClean machine / dumping station) Attention: Washing machine and dryer do not run via the RFID card but via the WeWash app
  • How can I top up my credit?
    You can top up your credit 24/7 at our check-in machine at the barrier.
  • Is there a possibility to get additional cards?
    Ja, du kannst dir weitere Karten direkt am Automaten holen und diese mit Guthaben beladen. So ist es z.B. mehreren Personen möglich gleichzeitig zu Duschen. Achtung: Mit einer zusätzlichen Karte ist das Passieren der Schranke nicht möglich. Dies geht nur mit der Erstkarte.
  • I still have credit on my card when I leave. Will I get it back?
    Ja. Wenn du bei Abreise deine Karte am Automaten abgibst, wird dir dein Restguthaben inkl. 6 € Pfand automatisch auf dein Konto zurückgebucht.
  • Is there a catering option?
    Yes, our beach bar TREIBHOLZ will be opening on June 14th. Here you can enjoy delicious drinks and tasty food.
  • Can you swim in the lake?
    Yes. The Erlenweiher is an official bathing lake with good water quality.
  • Which toilet cassettes can I empty with you?
    We can only empty toilet cassettes that are compatible with our CamperClean cleaning station: Thetford: C1, C2, C3, C4, C200, C250, C400, C500 Dometic: CT3000, CT4000 Unfortunately, we cannot empty other cassettes. We ask for your understanding!
